Jam sessions #1

This is an inside look of what band practice looks like during the week.We practice every night usually from 9-midnight. David going strong on the DG cocktails.

Me playing “White neighbor” and peace through war by EHG

I cranked David’s new fender bass rumble 200w amp up while he was in the shower and blasted him out with the last part of Freya (the sword) I finished. Man, was he thrilled…

Pearl (English Setter)— street names include Spanky / smudge/ Dr Cheesehead/ choad— is our current producer and is a recovering alcoholic.

We got her on root beer now and she seems to be taking her job quite seriously. If we don’t practice well enough, she yawns and gives us a blank stare. Or, she will literally point out our mistakes.

Pointing

John loved Pearl and Bandit, and especially because we got her when she was a puppy and would bring her over to see him every Friday along with bandit.

You can just see Pearls uncontrollable excitement for David’s new 200W bass amp below:

She’s a good groupie though and will literally cannonball into her studio bed as soon as we start walking back there.

Bandit (Siberian Husky) has consistently looked stoned ever since we adopted him back in 2021. I did train him to pull a dog sled so maybe he can help mushing some of our lighter gear lol.

He offers fill-in vocals sometimes, but mainly gives us judgmental looks. He’s not “in it for the music mannn”

Here he is praying to the only kibble god he knows for us to stop playing lateralus and cripple creek at the same time.

This is Ellie (half Husky, half shepherd). Street names include donkey ass / smelly Ellie.

We never really know why she’s excited when we start jamming, but she’s looks happy.

Kitty—aka “clearance kitty” handles the whammy bar or tries smacking the cords around. “NO KITTY THATS A BAD KITTY!” She even looks like Cartmans cat too.
